Founding Membership

You are invited to join the first chapter of Cortium Equestrian.

Founding Membership offers early access to Cortium, a private equestrian estate with livery just outside London.

Members gain access to the estate, facilities, and a discreet programme of private gatherings, forming the entry point for riders seeking a well-managed livery environment within easy reach of London and the surrounding home counties.

Membership is kept intentionally small, creating a calm, club-style equestrian setting where horses are cared for with consistency and attention.

As the estate develops, Founding Members benefit from access that evolves over time, with future facilities and member experiences introduced as Cortium grows.

Premium Grass Livery

Exclusive horse livery offering tailored routines and long term wellbeing

Our Grass Livery provides full-time turnout for horses who thrive outside a stable, including retired horses, young stock, or those better suited to pasture life. Unlike conventional grass livery, our service is attentive and consistent.

Standard routines include grooming, handling, and welfare checks integrated into turnout. Green sand paddocks, well-maintained fields, and abundant forage support comfort, soundness, and long-term well-being throughout the year.

Grass Livery includes:

  1. Regular grooming and daily leg/ hoof checks
  2. Mud-fever-free guarantee supported by green sand paddocks and field maintenance
  3. Forage and feed provided according to individual needs

Some elements of care are delivered on a bespoke basis and are not listed publicly, allowing support to be tailored to each horse and owner.

Essential Livery

A service suited to owners seeking exceptional full livery

Day-to-day care is shaped around turnout, hygiene, and steady, consistent management. Care is tailored to each horse, ensuring comfort, steady progression, and reliable well-being year-round.

Essential Livery includes:

  1. Full daily care, including mucking out and managed turnout
  2. Generous allowances of hard feed and bedding, as well as ad lib forage
  3. Daily grooming, checks, and routine handling
  4. Calm, consistent management tailored to each horse
