How do I become a member?
Membership begins with a private tour of the estate and a conversation about your requirements and those of your horse(s).
Simply complete our Early Access Enquiry form, and a member of the team will be in touch to arrange your visit and guide you through the next steps.
Is livery available without membership?
No. Premium Grass Livery and Essential Livery is exclusively available to Cortium members.
One membership can support multiple horses, providing full access to our facilities, and member privileges.
What does Essential Livery include?
Members receive a comprehensive level of daily care, delivered with consistency, attention to detail, and a tailored approach to each horse.
This includes:
- A high standard of daily mucking or skipping out
- Daily grooming and bespoke day-to-day maintenance
- Premium hard feed and forage tailored to the individual
- Routine health management and basic medical support
- A range of bespoke turnout options
- Access to a comprehensive services and extras menu
Full details are shared privately after enquiry to ensure transparency while maintaining a personalised approach for every horse.
What facilities will I have access to?
Members enjoy full access to a thoughtfully designed range of equestrian facilities, created to support year-round training, comfort, and enjoyment:
- Spacious stable facilities with further plans to develop
- 80m x 45m outdoor arena on a Equimulsion surface
- Seasonal lazer level grass arenas
- Surfaced all weather exercise track
- Woodland tracks around the estate leading to extended hacking trails
- Clubhouse featuring a lounge, sauna, spa showers, premium refreshments, and a calendar of social gatherings designed to elevate your time at the estate

Where is Cortium EQ located?
Cortium EQ is positioned on the slopes in the south-west corner of Surrey, England, near the borders with Hampshire and West Sussex. It is situated in the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering panoramic countryside views and direct access to scenic hacking routes.
The estate combines the calm of rural life with premium facilities, spacious stabling, advanced training surfaces, and lifestyle amenities, all within straightforward reach of London and the South East.
Can I visit before applying?
Yes, prospective members are welcome to request a private viewing of the estate. This allows you to experience our stables, arenas, grounds, and wider facilities first-hand, while discussing your requirements with the team.

Do you offer part livery or DIY options?
No. We currently offer Essential Livery as our primary service, with additional packages planned as the estate continues to develop.
